Our unique management approach also ensures that our contestants receive the best possible service in terms of interests through professionalism. That is one of the reasons why we will only choose a maximum of 15 participants to contest to go through for the grand finals. I am sure you can appreciate this is not an easy option for the management to take but it will help us to better concentrate on contestants we feel will have and will be able to acquire the potential to become an eventual winner, which is our main overall aim. In order for a contestant to reach their full potential, we will need to invest our time and effort, resources and give proper training to ensure that the girls meet the required standard.  Competition across the globe and the standards of the beauty pageants are higher than ever. We believe our care and attention to detail can make all the difference but above all, we don’t just want to send you to Kampala to take part in the national contest for the sake of it, we want to send you to Kampala and be confident that you will win it for us and be able to represent Uganda at the Miss World contest, this after all is our overall aim and objectives.
